Shipping, Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Domestic :
For domestic orders we offer free shipping within India, De'soie Crafts reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
International :
For international orders we charge as per weight, Please see the exact shipping cost during checkout.
Custom and import duties need to be paid by customer in their respective country.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number which can be used to track your order on the service provider's website.

For International - 10 -15 business days

Some products that are pre-ordered are made to order pieces and orders once placed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Returns & Cancellations:
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, to support our customers, we offer a 15 days return policy for unused and undamaged items, subject to specific conditions. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 15 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. No returns, exchanges or refunds for International orders or delivery to International locations.
Disclaimer:
As these are all hand painted creations, no two designs/motifs/flowers/trims/fabric colors will be identical and the uniqueness lies in that since these are all one-of-a-kind.
As computer/mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate or reflect the right color/tone of the pictured product.
